Jazz heads, cool cats and hip kids alike are all encouraged to tune into Jazz Euphorium tonight (10/3) and Jazz Amuck on Friday (10/5) for the chance to win tickets to two shows happening at Lion d’Or as part of L’Off Festival this weekend. Lots going on here at CKUT hq with a flood of new volunteers and prep for our annual funding drive, which is coming up later in october. We’re also about to celebrate our 25th anniversary on the airwaves and we’ve got a full year of celebrations lined up that will kick off with the drive. Stay tuned for details, it’s gonna rule.
Hope all my Canadians out there have a swell Thanksgiving weekend — I’m bound for Ottawa where my old roommates and I will join forces and attempt to pull off an epic feast, turkey and all. I can’t wait.
